Login doesn't work

You may experience an infinite loading page when trying to access your Ludus account. There might be several causes which lead to this situation.

Did you already check your WiFi connection? Are there any security software blocking the access to Ludus?

If you still encounter the issue, please try the following steps:

Step 1: Incognito mode

Use the incognito mode of your browser to connect to Ludus. In that context, if you are able to access Ludus, then there might be some browser extensions which block the access to Ludus, such as the adblock extension.

Step 2: Clear Cash and Cookies

Clear your cash and cookies in your browser as unnecessary data may have been saved here which might be causing the lag. After doing so, restart your computer.

Step 3: Reset the settings of your browser to default.

In case the issue persist, try to reset the settings to default.
